七嶺山(Siebengebirge)是德國波昂和科隆地區的最高峰，也是離我們最近的爬山訓練場，這個假日來一個七嶺山南段的深度郊遊！
坐在古堡廢墟遺址裡，眼前看著萊茵河美景，希望你們也可以感受到這種愜意的歐洲郊山體驗～
就算是走走家裡後面的小郊山，也要注意爬山安全喔！

Siebengebirge is the highest ridge around Köln and Bonn. This weekend we hike through the southern part of it. I really love just sitting at those old castle ruins and watching the Rhein valley view. Hope you find the same quiet and peaceful in the video with me.
