Today we are getting in that cardio! This HIIT cardio workout will get that heart rate up and help you build endurance and burn fat fast! We will finish things off today with an ab workout to target and strengthen the core. No weights needed today for these bodyweight HIIT exercises so clear some space and follow along!

Breakdown:
HIIT circuit - 2 circuits x2 rounds each. 40s work + 20s rest
Ab circuit - 2 circuits x2 rounds each. 20s work + 10s rest
