2024 GWM Haval H6 HEV Preview Drive – The Hybrid Appeal |

The Haval H6 HEV is an interesting proposition for two reasons: Firstly, C-segment SUV buyers need more options beyond the Honda CR-V and PROTON X70 that still offer excellent specifications. Secondly, middle-class buyers are short of fuel-efficient options to cart the family around in, and the hybrid options in the segment are markedly more expensive than the majority of options.

Haval's H6 HEV seems to answer all the problems put forward. With an estimated retail price below RM145k and a fuel economy figure as low as 5.3L/100km, the Haval H6 HEV seems to offer all the benefits & performance of a PHEV without the complication of plugging in.
