Welcome to The River Within — a slow, grounding Yin Yoga flow designed to melt away stress and bring you back to calm.
We’ll move softly between moments of gentle flow and deep stillness, allowing your breath and body to find their natural rhythm again.
Perfect for evenings, busy days, or any time you need to pause and reset. 🌿

🧘‍♀️ What You’ll Need (Optional):
A yoga mat or comfortable surface
A bolster or 1–2 pillows (for belly or chest support)
2 yoga blocks or firm cushions
A folded blanket for hip or knee comfort
