This is how it ends if you first choose Black Eagle House and later in the middle of the game you decide to support Rhea (Church of Seiros).

After Rhea is gravely wounded, she admits to you that she implanted a Crest Stone in your heart to save your life and hope to revive Sothis at the same time. However, she loses control of her powers, turns to the beast and goes berserk, forcing you to kill her. Fódlan is unified under the Church with you as its new ruler.
