How to keep your FIFA 23 Career Mode Transfers Realistic!

It's hard to let go, especially to the players who are carrying your RTG. In this video im sharing some tips to help keep your squad and transfers realistic by not holding onto players for longer than you should.

For a quick overview of what I’m going from for this video:

League 2 has only had 1 player over 70 rated in the past 6 games
FIFA 16
Kevin Nolan was 33 Years old and Player Manager of Leyton Orient

League 1 rarely has players over 72 rated
FIFA 17
Jermaine Pennant, 33 years old
FIFA 19
Aiden McGeady was relegated with Sunderland and stayed
FIFA 22
Barry Bannan was relegated with Sheffield Wednesday and stayed

Championships best teams star players are usually around 78 rated
Rooney was boosted from playing in the MLS earlier in the season
Ruben Neves & Diego Jota were both this ratin on FIFA 18
FIFA 19
Butland was England international after Stokes relegation, stayed at 80 rating
Casilla moved from Madrid to Leeds and kept his high rating
Grealish was a huge name in the league, still only 76 rated
