• How long will E3Live last?
E3Live and BrainON fresh-frozen superfoods will last 7-10 days in the fridge and 2 years in the freezer.
• How do I store my E3Live?
Store your new shipment in the freezer right away, except for one bottle for your immediate use

HOW DO I DEFROST AND ENJOY E3LIVE?
• OPTION 1
If you plan to consume 1 bottle within 1 week, place bottle in fridge to slowly thaw. Shake well before using and enjoy!
• OPTION 2
Ice Cubes for everyday use
1. Thaw entire bottle in cool water (not hot)
2. Shake bottle well. Fill each ice cube slot with desired daily serving size (most ice cube slots hold 1-2 TBS)
3. Add frozen E3Live cubes to juice, smoothie, coconut water or let melt. Enjoy!

Note: It is optimal to have an ice cube tray with a cover. If not, store frozen ice cubes in an airtight container.
