After this episode, I just felt that the channel has just elevated it's standard as we covered both distinctive marina properties in Malaysia. And for properties of such, they have a unique target audience of the rich and wealthy. Southern Marina is a mixed development located at the tip of Puteri Harbour, leveraging on the existing infrastructure of Medini such as Legoland, Pinewood studio, Marlborough college, Educity, Raffles American School and etc.

This building is such a display of elegant architectural treatments that corresponds with the topography of having marina on both sides. The experience of stepping into the lobby to the facility deck, followed by the unit is just exquisite. However, I just wish that the unit has an en-suite bathroom.
However, it's just a bad time for the businesses around the commercial area as they greatly rely on tourists and foreigners to sustain their business. Plus it will need lots of time and effort to overcome the stigma of highrise buildings in Johor Bahru. Hopefully things will get better after the borders are open.
