This gin is described as capturing the essence of Vancouver Island’s west coast, with its aromatic blend of wild roses, ocean air, and coastal forests. Sheringham Seaside Gin is made from an intriguing mix of botanicals, including juniper, lavender, rose, citrus, coriander, and local winged kelp, which gives it a subtle oceanic flavour.

Chef Heidi’s Vietnamese-style turkey meatballs offer a bold and savoury flavour profile. The fish sauce and cayenne deliver a salty umami punch with a touch of heat, while the fresh lemongrass and cilantro stems add a fragrant, citrusy brightness.
