From wondrous 1.5Km high waterfalls through to vast cities, Makuta delivered the lion’s share of the VFX for SS Rajamouli’s “Baahubali – The Beginning”.

Working closely with the director for several years in pre and post production, we assisted in constructing the main city centre layout, performed huge complex computational fluid systems for rivers streams and waterfalls, built a ton of palace structures, interiors and wide city shots, built hundreds of digital doubles, assisted in development and supervision of other episodes and handled full 3D scanning of the primary VFX sets and objects for the film.

A labour of love for all of us, we are all exceptionally proud of the work that has gone into the film and the amazing response it had on release and continues to have weeks afterwards.
