Hulugan Falls in Luisiana Laguna | Commute Adventure


This is our first vlog as a couple and will share to you guys our epic commute adventure to Hulugans including the mistakes and the best option to reach this wonderful falls.

Option 1. The route we use
- From Olivarez ride a Jeepney to SM Calamba (60 php)

- in SM Calamba look for a Van bound to Luisiana~Lucban, ask the driver to drop you on the jeepney terminal bound to Luisiana proper in lucban diversion road (200 php)

- from Lucban diversion road, ride a jeepney to Luisiana proper (your destination is San Isidro) (40 php)

- when you reach San Isidro, you can look at the left side of the road for the signage of Hulugan Falls

- Upon arriving at the barangay post of San Isidro you need to ride a trike to reach the Registration Area (20 php)

- after paying the registration fee (50 php), enviromental fee (20 php) and life vest if you want to avail it (70 php), you need to ride a trike again to jump off point (20 php).

- and from the jump off point you will start the trekking down to the falls.

Now lets move on to much easier and affordable commute!
Option 2. The route we should have used 😅

- after arriving in SM calamba, ride a jeepney bound to Sta. Cruz, Laguna (around 50 php only!)

- In Sta. Cruz look for a jeepney terminal bound to Luisiana (around 40 php)

- with this route you can arrive much earlier at hulugan falls compare to our commute route.

We did not expect that there is a better option than we have found. We expect that time that we will directly arrived at hulugan falls in Luisiana. That is why we encourage you to always ask other or search other option online and look for better route!.
