CINTAA (Cine and Television Artistes' Association) and OPTIMYSTIX are excited to announce the free session of counselling therapy services for the Film and Television fraternity on January 26th, 2023. This event will be an opportunity for CINTAA members to come together and learn about the importance of maintaining good mental health and physical fitness in the fastpaced and demanding world of film and television.

Working in the entertainment industry can be challenging and stressful, and that's why we want to provide our members with the tools and resources they need to take care of themselves and their colleagues. Counselling therapy services will be led by experienced Clinical Psychologist Ms. Ashlesha Deshpande who will provide guidance to help individuals navigate the unique challenges of working in the entertainment industry.

We invite all CINTAA members to join us on January 26th to learn more about our counselling therapy services and to take the first step in improving your mental and physical well-being.
