Ginger and Turmeric pickle-
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
shelf life - 1 month in refrigerator

Ingredients -
Ginger - 3 inch piece
Turmeric - 3 inch piece
Green chillies - 8 to 10 ( remove caps )
Rock salt - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 4 - 5 tsp

Recipe -
1. Peel and grate ginger and turmeric.
2. Cut ginger and turmeric into juliennes.
3. Remove stems/caps of green chillies.
4. Take a air tight , sterilized jar.
5. Put ginger and turmeric juliennes and green chillies in the jar.
6. Add rock salt and lemon juice. Shake well.
7. Refrigerate and enjoy anytime !!!
