If you're looking to drop body fat FAST, then you need to check out my ultimate mini-cut guide. Because getting shredded in 4-6 weeks is possible, but your diet needs to be set up correctly to do so.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
So in today's video, I take you through my ultimate mini-cut guide. Because it's that season where people are going on holidays or maybe have a couple of events coming up they'd like to be significantly leaner or shredded for.

And in reality, it probably would have been more beneficial to start you cut a little sooner lol. That being said, a mini-cut can still be very successful, once it is set up correctly.

And by set up correctly, there's 2 main elements, diet and cardio. So in terms of diet, I talk about calories, macros and also show you some low calorie high protein meals that are perfect for a mini cut diet. Because mini cuts are more aggressive than a standard cut, so choosing high volume foods and making the most of your calories is key to help keep you full and remain consistent with your calorie deficit.

Then, in terms of cardio, I speak about a couple of different approaches you can take to maximise fat loss but ensure it's not impacting gym performance, recovery and overall muscle mass.
