2 cups water
4 tbsp salted butter
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups flour
For my chocolate sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 Mexican chocolate disk(Ibarra or abuelita)
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
