In Burundi rising regional tensions. Bujumbura has been accusing neighbour Rwanda of supporting rebels who plan to topple the Burundian government. Rwanda strongly denies those allegations. A third neighbour, Uganda, has been mediating the crisis. The country's Defence Minister is on a fact-finding mission regarding the accusations. Crispus Kiyonga says that a report will be made public once that's complete. Burundi is meant to hold peace talks to try and end the ongoing crisis. But last week, talks between government and the opposition stalled after Bujumbura said it wasn't ready to talk. The conflict in Burundi has been dragging on since President Pierre Nkurunziza announced - and won - a controversial third term in power.
