লইট্টা মাছের ঝুরি রেসিপি || Loitta Macher Jhuri Recipe || লোটে ঝুরি
Ingredients:
1. Bombay duck fish: 700 gm
2. Salt: as required
3. Termeric powder: 1 tspn
4. Mustard oil: 5-6 tspn
5. Garlic+Ginger paste: 1+ 1 tspn
6. Chopped onions: 1 cup
7. Chopped tomatoes: ½ cup
8. Chopped green chilies: 4-5 tspn
9. Kashmiri red chili powder: 1 tspn
10. Garam masala powder: ½ tspn
11. Chopped coriander leaves: ½ cup
Procedure:
1. Mix salt and turmeric powder in pieces of Bombay duck fish.
2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and put garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies and ginger paste gradually.
3. Stir for some times and add turmeric powder and Kashmiri red chili powder in it and stir it again.
4. After some times, put the fish pieces in the masala mixture and cover it for 2-3 minutes.
5. Then separate the fish bones from the fish as shown in my video.
6. Then stir the fish mixture for a while until it becomes dry.
7. Finaly add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves in the curry and cover it for 5 minutes.
8. Loitta jhuri is ready to serve with steamed rice.
