Enjoyed an invigorating cold plunge before stopping along the riverbank to cook lunch and soak in the sights and sounds. Finished the day with an incredible sunset.

The Carmans River is one of Long Island's longest rivers and is surrounded by a county park and a national wildlife refuge.
