Hi Loves!❤️ We are back to your fav section of the channel with some more healthy but REALISTIC recipes! I try to eat everything in moderation & eat things that make me feel good - I no longer eat something that I don't like to eat just because they are healthy! I believe that to sustain a nutritious diet, you need two things!
First: you need to like the food you eat!
Second: it needs to fit your schedule & lifestyle!

Green Juice: Celery , Cucumber , Green Apple , Lemon , Orange , Ginger
Lunch:

Ingredients for salad :
Spinach, Romain, Mango, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Oven-roasted chicken tenders (425F - 20 min)

Dressing: Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil, Lemon, Honey, Salt


Dinner Recipe:

Ingredients:
-Salmon
-onions
-capers
-celery
-parsley
-garlic
-white wine

Preparation:

-Pan sear Salmon to medium rear (about 7-8 min)

-Pan sear all the vegetables in a different pan until cooked.
-Put veggies on top of the salmon before serving
