Totally Automate inputting data into ERP systems or Chrome Applications with Power Automate Desktop!

This video gives a demo of how you can use Power Automate Desktop to totally automate the manual process of inputting data into ERP Systems or Chrome Applications.

Power Automate Desktop can be used for so much more but in this example we showcase how you can set up a flow that reads the data in an excel spreadsheet (or any source) and then fills out a Microsoft Form using this data automatically & dynamically.

We created a similar flow to this recently for a client that needed to automate the inputting of student details into their CRM system through a Web Application. Before we created the flow, the client was having to manually enter the data into the application every time a new submission was entered into the Form.

Now Power Automate Desktop does this automatically every time a new submission is received. It logs into the application and fills out all of the relevant fields & then submits the data once everything is populated. We were even able to add in some 'IF' conditions that would read if the student did a previous course with the Training Organization & was already in the system as this would have provided an error if a duplicate was added.

This is giving hours of time back to employees to allow them to work on more pressing items.🎯
