INSTANT CHAKKULI | How to make chakkuli | ಜಟ್ಟ್ ಪಟ್ ಚಕ್ಕುಲಿ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ..

We can make chaklis in different methods, here we show a simple instant chakli recipe for rainy season. We mainly use rice flour and roasted urad dal powder, coconut milk and butter to make chakli dough. Knead the dough well and press chakli batch wise as we fry them in batch wise. That method gives you a perfect crispy and tasty chakli which can be stored for 20-30 days if stored airtight.
