In recent weeks, many people have observed a mass flowering of this plant in Singapore, probably triggered by the cold spell that occurred earlier in January 2018. The rare flowering of this plant is often associated with the arrival of good luck by the local Chinese. This timely mass flowering during the Chinese New Year period is certainly an auspicious sign! :) The flowers are intensely fragrance.
