The number one question that people ask me when I'm in front of them and we're going through their IT issues is, "How much?" So, we're going to talk about money. Basically, our approach to charging for IT services is probably as simple as you find. Because number one, we don't do long-term contracts. Everything we do is month-to-month. So, it's easy to try us, and it's easy to shake hands and say, "You know what? We're going to go another way.”

The other thing that we do different is we're really upfront about our pricing. So, our hourly rate is $155 an hour. And you're going to find rates in Los Angeles between one $150 and $225 for level three. We're level three at $155, so our rates are extremely competitive. And they've always been that way. We feel like offer a fair hourly rate and we're going to retain you for a long time.

The other part of our services that can get complicated with some MSPs is the managed service part. There's a managed service component to our services. And that's the part where we do 24/7 monitoring, we provide software for security and patching, and we actually provide remote access software that you can use if you're sheltering or working remotely. So, you get all of that software for $14 a month. And that's what the workstation costs. The servers are $114 a month. So, $14 and $114, couldn't be easier.

So, if you're in the financial industry and need SOC compliance or PCI compliance, or manufacturing industry and you need NIST, it goes up a little bit to about $118 for the server and $18 for the workstation.
