first Obtain 3 Troi police posters from around Troi.
next obtain 3 Cica Morphine 100mL items from donut shops around Troi.
next obtain 3 Troi police defence plan case files from around Troi police station.
We can finish all missions in Chester location in Troi map. let's start the game, I have just marked police station in Chester location in the map. We can finish first and last missions in police station. Go to the entrance of the police station and see there are some posters, take 3 posters from the walls then go to top of the police station and search for files see I found it Take 3 files Next backside of the police station there are some houses search donut shops in those houses, Go into the donut shop you can find Cica Morphine 100mL bottles with red colour from the far. If you found only one or two bottles from one shop then go to another donut shop to collect the remaining that's it. I will provide the exact location of police station and donut shops in the map take a look at it.
