We are sharing our favorite family meal! We use to pay over $28/person to eat shabu-shabu at local restaurants. We quickly realized we can do it for a quarter of the price by recreating it at home. Many of the ingredients can be used the following Sunday for round 2. Come along with us as we show you how to make this delicious meal at home!

Ingredients: (Select your favorites!)
Enoki mushroms $1.50
Shiitake mushrooms $3.96
Soft Organic Tofu $1.99
Watercress $1.29
Napa Cabbage $0.79
Broccoli $1.49
Bok-Choy or Shanghai Tips $3.32
Frozen Udon Noodles $4.99
Shabu Shabu, thinly sliced beef $11.99
Fish cakes (variety) $3.99
Korean pasta (Sujebi) $4.99

Pre-made Beef broth $2.99
Chili Garlic $2.99
Ponzu (chili-lime) $3.99
Total: $55.26

Group the frozen foods on a platter, & wash and cut the fresh produce into bite-size pieces on another platter. Place beef broth into induction pot with shiitake mushrooms. Add ingredients and cook as necessary. Tastes best by dipping the food into the sauce (cilantro, ponzu and chili garlic sauce) before eating!
