Westpoint Regatta June 2024

This regatta had a lot of everything. A long beat to windward in a three-knot flood. A zooming ride down the city front. Then a long spinnaker reach to the San Mateo Bridge, a gibe to the finish and the first to finish in our class (and the class ahead of us). A nice 8-10 breeze with a bit of no wind at all and then gusts to 20 knots which resulted in a spinnaker change. Then we just needed to negotiate the very shallow waters leading to the Westpoint Marina. Where a nice party was starting along with a band and lots of people on Luna Sea having a good time. Special thanks to Myphi for all the food!
