Add Cinematic Bars In CapCut | Quick & Easy

I was hoping there was an easy answer when thinking how to add cinematic bars in CapCut. Ive seen other people search how to add black bars in CapCut but we are both talking about the same thing. Luckily it was super easy to do within CapCut, essentially all you're doing is figuring out how to add bars in top and bottom in CapCut.
