The Best Recipes of 2024

It's been quite a year uploading camp cooking recipe videos to YouTube. 2024 started off with a full month of hiking videos, but I felt that was not what I was wanting to do with the channel. So I re-birthed it as Kayak Cook and the rest was history. Now, working out recipes so they will work well as a camping meal is a real challenge, but with a few tweaks here and there I managed and even if you are not outdoorsy they also work very well as fast and easy mid-week dinners.
I decided as we rush into the Christmas season that I would post a year-end best of collection. These are the 5 most liked and viewed camp cooking recipes vids of 2024 on my Kayak Cook channel. Starting with a hearty tomato and bean soup , crispy and flavourful tostadas, beef fajitas on a hillside, a spilly chai tea in the woods and my own personal favorite stew, a spicy peanu:t and sweet potato concoction on a beach.
