Suzanna Crampton's Regenerative Sheep Farm

Suzanna Crampton returned to her eight-generation family farm in 1997, where she began restoring the pastures' biodiversity with regenerative grazing methods and the incredible orchards and walled gardens that had been untended for many years.

In this video, Suzanna talks about the importance of healthy soil and its link to healthy plants, animals and pollinators. She says that she finds it fascinating how science is finally catching up and finding explanations for "old wives' tales" that had been ignored and forgotten in the era of petrochemical agriculture.
