Zojirushi Basic White Bread (Machine)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups water
4 1/4 Cups bread flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons powdered milk
2 Teaspoons active dry yeast
2 Tablespoons butter
Directions:
Attach dough hooks to bread pan. Place all ingredients, into the bread pan; in order given. Select crust type. Select regular cycle or quick cycle. This will make a 2 pound loaf.
