I think most people don't even realise this had music - let alone that it can be ran in the higher resolution mode. The reason for the former is that you have to run the SNDINST.EXE file that comes with the Bullfrog pack to install the shared audio driver code that all the demos use. Without this step they don't have any sound and only fall back to the old Soundblaster setup. This also affects the likes of the early Theme Hospital and Creation demos that people don't seem to realise actually do have sound.
High res mode can be triggered with the argument -h
At the start I hammer the R key to increase the draw distance
