CONDENSED MILK BREAD

How to make Soft and Fluffy Condensed Milk Bread Loaf

Ingredients:

•1 cup minus 2 tbsp fresh milk (room temp.)
•1/4 cup unsalted butter , melted(56g)
•1 large egg
•1/3 cup of condensed milk
•2 tbsp sugar
•2 tsp instant dry yeast
•3 1/4 cups all purpose flour (406g) + 1/4 cup for kneading
•1 tsp salt

Eggwash:
•1 large egg
•2 tbsp milk

Butter Condensed milk sauce
•2 tbsp butter , softened
•2 tbsp condensed milk


Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 22 minutes
