몸은 우주다.
세포 한조각 속에 우주전체가 들어있다.
몸의 작동원리와 우주 작동원리는 같다.
몸을 알면 우주를 알고, 우주를 알면 몸을 안다.
소우주 몸은 대 우주와 의 교감과 상호작용에 의해서 깊은 잠에서 서서히 깨어난다.
이러한 각성과 연습에 의해, 몸의 성능을 극대화시켜, 깊게 크게 사용할수 있게 된다.
이것이 수행이다.
나는 수행을 심도있게 하기위해 외부와 거리를 두고, 묵언수행중이다.
2026년 나의 묵언수행의 방향은 114개의 차크라 정션(접점)을 관찰하고, 느끼고, 무한대 연습이다.
나에게 이보다 더 큰 희열은 없다.
65세에 비로소 인생의 초 집중과 포커스가 이 한 점에 모아졌다.
우주와 신과 진리와 의 합일이 내 존재와 삶의 과정이자 궁극이다.
강렬한 에너지 강렬한 삶은 죽고 다시 태어남 의 연속 이자 희열의 연속이다.

강렬함, 그것이 내가 원하는 삶과 존재이다.

The body is the universe.
The entire universe resides within a single cell.
The operating principles of the body and the universe are the same.
Knowing the body, you know the universe, and knowing the universe, you know the body.
The microcosmic body gradually awakens from a deep sleep through communication and interaction with the macrocosm.
Through this awakening and practice, the body's capabilities are maximized, enabling it to be used deeply and greatly.
This is practice.
To deepen my practice, I am distancing myself from the outside world and practicing in silence.
The direction of my silent practice in 2026 is to observe, feel, and practice the 114 chakra junctions.
There is no greater joy for me.
At age 65, my life's intense concentration and focus have finally converged on this single point.
Unity with the universe, God, and truth is the process and ultimate goal of my existence and life.
A life of intense energy and intensity is a continuation of death and rebirth, a continuation of joy.

Intense, that is the life and existence I want.
