Level 1
Ketchup + Ramen
Super easy, make Shin Ramyun normally and then add 2 tbsps ketchup

Level 2
Stir Fried Ramen
Add oil in pan, saute garlic, spring onion, cabbage, capsicum, onion.
Add soup base seasoning and soy sauce
Stir fry the veggies
Add boiled ramen (boil them with dried veggies mix)
Mix! Add noodle water if your noodles seem too dry

Level 3
Cold Ramen
Prepare broth: add ramen seasoning, 1 tbsps powdered sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soy sauce, add 200 ml cold water and mix
Add ice cubes
In a separate bowl, put your boiled ramen (boil them with dried veggies), on the ramen place cut cabbage, cut spring onion
Then pour all your cold broth on these ramen
