What really chaps my ass is the utter absurdity of these potholes. Are we living in a third-world country or what? It’s like the city officials think we all drive goddamn monster trucks. Meanwhile, my Geo Metro, which weighs less than a toddler, takes each hit like a gut punch from a heavyweight champion. The alignment is now more fucked up than a drunkard’s walk home, and the steering has a mind of its own, pulling me toward the next pothole like some masochistic magnet. I’ve got to blow my hard-earned cash on repairs for this decrepit piece of shit, while the roads remain a post-apocalyptic nightmare. All I ask is for a smooth drive without my car trying to disintegrate under me. Until then, I'll be here, cursing the gods of road maintenance, navigating this surreal urban hellscape, and hoping my Geo Metro makes it through another fucking day.
