I Replaced My iPhone with the Apple Watch Ultra

I put the Apple Watch Ultra to the test and switched my iPhone off for the day, to see how the Watch would perform. How would the battery life cope on LTE for a whole day with heavy usage? Could I navigate around London with just the Watch?
