As long as you just see this page and you didn't do any crazy things or call this scammer hotline, there's no reason to be concerned. Just close this tab pressing "CTRL" + "W" at the same time and the problem should be solve. Just don't go back to the page which caused the problem (which was probably just a scammy ad) and do a full scan with Microsoft windows defender and some additional free virus scanner like Malware Bytes (https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-down....
