There are a few that isn't offensive but rather buff giving effects:
Xu Huang - Defense Up & Combat Resist
Cao Ren - Life Steal
Zhen Ji - Speed Up
Dian Wei - Fire Elemental Damage
Zhang Liao - Speed Up
Xing Cai - Attack Up
Guan Yu - Attack Up & Combat Resist
Dia Chan - Attack Up & Speed Up
Zhang Jiao - Fire Elemental Damage
