Islam started in 610 When Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the first revelation in the cave of Hira. He (PBUH) started preaching in Makkah but faced severe resistance. In 622, He (PBUH) decided to migrate to Madina.

After His (PBUH) demise, Khulfa-e- Rashideen started ruling over the Muslim empire.

Hazrat Abu Bakr R.A. ( 632–634
-Hazrat Umar R.A. (634–644)
Hazrat Usman R.A. (644–656)
-Hazar Ali R.A. (656–661)

After Hazrat Ali R.A. Shahadat, Bannu Ummayd started ruling over the Muslim empire. In 749, Bannu Abbas revolted against Bannu Ummayad and in 750, started ruling the Muslim empire except for Spain.

Later on, Seljuq and Fatimids ruled but in 1258, Mangools attacked and conquered Baghdad and ended Muslim rule over the region. Later on, Ottoman, Safavids, and Mughal started ruling over different parts of the Muslim empire.
