I am currently preparing for the Prague Half Marathon 2025 and my coach prescribed a 3k time trial for me to test my current capabilities. The race itself is on April 5th but today (24th January 2025), I am here to do the time trial as a part of my training.

In this video, I am sharing a small window into my training for the past few weeks and how it has helped me get where I need to be. I am also going to take you along as I give my best effort to meet the target time.

For the trial I used Asics Metaspeed Sky Paris. It's a carbon plated pair of shoes. Felt really lightweight and fits my broad feet perfectly. No heel slipping and quite fast.

Camera used for most of the shoot (iPhone 16 pro max) and my good old GoPro Hero Black 7. Have had it for around 6 or 7 years now, still works perfectly for action shots. It is sturdy and offers great resolution videos and near perfect image stabilisation for the running shots.
