Our family-owned business GULLER ESTATES, also owns other vacation rentals in Myrtle Beach & Virginia Beach. We custom design each of our properties with a distinct style. This was a 6-week renovation. We removed popcorn ceilings, installed all new lighting & fans, resurfaced the shower & sinks, removed the carpet and put in laminate flooring. We put in new carpet on the patio, and gave the walls & ceiling a fresh coat of pure white paint. The existing dishwasher flooded all over the kitchen floor so we bought & installed a brand new Maytag.

Upon entering, you will immediately notice the nobelford oak flooring throughout. This design aesthetic is a harmonizing hybrid blending modern minimalism with nature's beauty. We introduce warm neutral tones, rich textures and natural materials to form a charming, serene and elegant space.
