Peanut Sauce:
3 tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup Water
1 or 2 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Red Pepper, crushed
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Liquid Amino Acids
2 tablespoons fresh Giner, grated
4 tablespoons fresh Cilantro
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Rice Noodles Dish
1 package Rice Noodles
1/2 gallon Soup Stock or Water https://studio.youtube.com/video/z9aL...
1 cup Broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup Mushrooms
1 small/medium Onion
1/2 pound Shrimp, shelled and veined
Cajun Seasoning, to taste

1. Prepare rice noodles according to package.
2. In the meantime, puree all ingredients for peanut sauce in blender.
3. Heat oil in a cast-iron pan or walk. Sautee broccoli. Add mushrooms and onions.
3. When onions become translucent, add shrimp. Top with cajun seasoning.
4. Continue to cook until all shrimp turns opaque.
5. When rice noodles are ready, strain and return to pot. Add peanut sauce, shrimp, and vegetables.
Toss to coat well with sauce.
