Ingredients:
1 lb raw scallops, patted dry to remove any excess moisture
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch parsley, chopped fine
2 tablespoons flour
1 ¼ cups dry white wine
¼ cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Zest of 1 lemon and tablespoons of juice
Salt and pepper to taste
