Are you a mom dealing with anxiety? Maybe you are a new mom and trying to adjust to this new world with your baby has been way harder then you expected.
Anxiety is extremely difficult. One of the hardest things about it is that often nobody around you knows your deep internal battle. Our culture today has decided that the solution to this problem is self care. The problem is that this is only putting a bandaid on a much deeper issue. The reality is that simply taking a bath does not address or help you heal, in fact it may deceive you into thinking that is all you need to do to address your anxiety.
I have spent so much time praying and seeking the Lord about starting this new Christian mom series on my channel. My goal is to bring to light what the Bible says about issues like this, even if it is contrary to the cultural opinion. I will be posting this content every Monday, along with a weekly challenge so that we can grow together as mothers in our relationship with Jesus.
