Unicredit Pavilion is part of the Porta Nuova Garibaldi Project in Milan.
This multifunctional structure, inaugurated in July 2015, was designed by Michele de Lucchi who chose wood as the main element. The shape is that of a seed, a metaphor, to show that the pavilion is a space for growth and new ideas. In fact the structure hosts: an auditorium for conferences and events, a nursery school and an area for exhibitions.The aim is the redevelopment of an entire district, formed by three skyscrapers, a new office building and the new UniCredit Pavilion shown in this video.

The HVAC system is based on two ERACS2-WQ 1502 INTEGRA units by Climaveneta using groundwater for the simultaneous production of chilled and hot water, serving the whole area. 12 groundwater pumping wells in the basement of the complex make it possible to create cooling and heating energy by exploiting the highest energy efficiency, with no CO2 emissions on site and zero noise emissions.
