Learn how to prepare and freeze delicious lentil soup, fluffy rice pilaf, and flavorful chicken for quick and stress-free meals. Perfect for Ramadan or busy days — just heat and enjoy in minutes! Make it once, enjoy it for weeks!

Lentil Soup
For the concentrate;
2 cups lentils
1 onion, cut into 4 pieces
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter

To make it ready to eat;
1 portion of concentrated lentil soup (150 gr)
1 cup water

• Wash the lentils and put them in a pressure cooker. Add onions, water and close the lid of the pressure cooker. After the whistle blows, turn the heat to low and turn off the heat after 8 minutes.
• While the lentils are cooking, fry the flour in the melted butter.
• Pour the roux you prepared into the cooked lentils and puree them with a hand blender. If it is too thick to be blended with a hand blender, you can add half a cup of water.
• When it cools down, divide it into silicone molds or zip-lock bags and put it in the freezer. You can adjust one portion of concentrated soup for one person to be 150 grams.
• When you want to eat, add 1 glass of water for 1 portion of concentrated soup to the pot and boil it while stirring.

Rice Pilaf

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 handfuls of orzo
2 cups of rice
1 teaspoon of salt

• Roast the handful of orzo in butter and olive oil.
• Add the washed rice and salt and continue to roast.
• When the rice is roasted, turn off the heat and let it cool and divide it into zip-lock bags.

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 chicken breast, boiled and shredded

1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 pinch of black pepper
2 burger buns
4 slices of burger cheese
Parsley (or you can use any greens)
2-3 pickles in slices
BBQ sauce

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and saute the chicken.
Put vinegar, molasses, soy sauce and black pepper, mix and add 1 tablespoon of butter. When the butter melts, pour some water and shake the pan.
Dip the buns into the juice in the pan.
To assemble the burger, divide the chicken into 2 bread bottoms and melt burger cheese on the same pan.
Put some parsley, pickles and melted cheese on the chicken, spread some BBQ sauce on the inner side of the bottom bread and close the burger.
