Postcard from Oxford | Blackwells Bookstore, the Covered Market, and Christ Church College

Last Friday I went for a one-day trip to Oxford. This is a little video from Oxford in the morning hours. I will soon upload another video that I recorded in the afternoon.

Upon my arrival in Oxford in the morning I went to the old city centre and first visited Blackwells Bookshop. I then went to Radcliffe Square and climbed the tower of the University Church of St Mary to have lovely views of the old city. In the past I visited the Divinity School and the Bodleian Library so I skipped them this time. Also I did not purchase tickets in advance this time so if it is your first time to Oxford then please ensure you book your tickets to visit the libraries before you arrive. I then went to the Covered Market and had something to eat as well as I had multiple cups of oat latte 😛

Afterwards I went to visit the Christ Church College famous for its beautiful Dining Hall and the Church (it’s better to book the ticket in advance). I also spent some time admiring animals in the Christ Church Meadow … I will share the rest of my day in Oxford soon.
