In June of 1993, Jurassic Park took the world by storm, introducing the world to a tale where dinosaurs walked the earth again. Looking to continue the craze, Universal and Amblin announced that a Jurassic Park TV series was in the works. Better yet, it was set to be a direct sequel to the movie. The show's development seemed promising, the plot seemed interesting, so that raises the question, why did it get cancelled? Well that's the question we'll answer today, as we dive into the development, plot, and cancellation of Jurassic Park's unmade sequel television series: Escape from Jurassic Park!
