Below are the 64 Yoginīs names - going clock wise around the temple. Note: there are four Yoginīs with the ^ symbol before their names, this indicates this Yoginī is unmanifest in the gap along the wall and her murti is manifest in the center of the temple on the garbhagriha looking back at her unmanifest location where she resides.

At the centre on the garbhagriha is Mahadevi ji in the form of lotus. The eight petals are her eight Prakriti. According to the Master Vastu Sthapati who designed and built this temple in accordance with Maharishi Sthapatya Veda; because Mahadevi ji is located in centre of this temple, it makes it a Vedic temple, rather then if it had Shiv Lingam at centre which would make the temple Tantric in nature.

In Dr Tony Nader MD, PhD, Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam's book Vedic Devatā in the Human Physiology we find interesting information regarding the 64 Yoginīs. This book along with his other books are vital for vedic studies and can be purchased online here: https://press.shopmiu.com/product/ved...

Below is a short excerpt from Maharaja's book: Vedic Devatā in the Human Physiology.

Once in a great battle, Shiva dispatched Jālandhara, a demon king, to the abode of death. So great was the force of Shiva's attack that the remains of the demon were scattered far and wide over the Himalaya mountains.

To purify the mountain of the demonic remains, Shiva remembered His sixty-four attendants, the Yoginīs, who immediately reached the vicinity because of their intimate connection with Him. Shiva commanded them to engulf the flesh, marrow, and blood of Jālandhara. As the Yoginīs proceeded in their work, a great lustre arose, which then merged into Shiva. Even today, those Yoginīs are seizing the remains of Jālandhara. Therefore, that demon killed in battle does not recover.

In the meantime, Shiva remembered Pārvatī (Bhavani) His wife and His bull Nandī. On that memory alone, Pārvatī with all Her friends and the bull arrived there in an instant, and Shiva was united with His wife, and all the world rejoiced.

In the physiology, Shiva's attendants, the Yoginīs, correspond to the immune cells in their structure, number, and function. The immune cells purify the body, allowing the physiology to function in the most natural manner. this process of purification creates balance and allows for the experiencing of transcending (The clear experience of pure consciousness, Atma, when we practice our Transcendental Meditation (Bhavateet Dhyaan). https://indiatm.org/ ). This is the infinite silence quality of Shiva. The Yoginīs in the physiology, therefore, prepare the human body for the state of perfect balance, perfect peace, and silence. This is the process of preparing the body for Shiva, as described in the Vedic Literature.
