Ingredients
===========
1 cup fresh full cream milk
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tablespoon corn flour
3 table spoon cocoa powder
1/3 cup / 70 gms sugar
50 grams Dark Chocolate
1 cup whipped cream
choco chips


Recipe
======
1. In a pan, add milk, milk powder, corn flour and cocoa powder.

2. Mix well to remove any lumps and Switch on the flame.

3. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add sugar. Keep stirring.

5. Add dark chocolate and mix again.

6. Switch off the flame and let it cool.

7. In another bowl, take chilled whipped cream and beat it till it doubles in quantity.

8. Add the cool chocolate mixture to the cream and beat again.

9. In a box, add some Choco chips and add the ice cream mixture.

10. Keep in freezer for 8-10 hours.

11. Ice cream is ready to serve.
